1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Preparation Begins:
- You can cancel your order without any charges if the restaurant/partner has not yet started preparing the food.

After Preparation Begins:
- If the food preparation has already started, cancellations may not be accepted.
- In such cases, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the prepared items may apply.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- Log in to your Biteloop account and navigate to your Order History.
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click the Cancel Order button.
- Alternatively, contact our support team immediately to request a cancellation.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled orders are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds:
- Full refunds are provided if the cancellation is made before preparation begins.
- Partial refunds may be issued if preparation has started but the order is canceled before delivery.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery personnel have been dispatched.
4. Cancellation by Biteloop
In rare circumstances, Biteloop may cancel your order due to:
- Unavailable Items: If the restaurant/partner is unable to fulfill your order.
- Technical Issues: In case of technical errors or system malfunctions.
- Unreachable Customer: If the customer cannot be reached for order confirmation or delivery details.
In such cases:
- You will be notified immediately.
- A full refund will be issued for any payment made.
5. Important Notes
- Frequent cancellations or abuse of this policy may result in restrictions on your account.
- Please ensure your contact information and address are accurate to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, canceled orders may impact your ability to use this payment method in the future.
