Return Policy for Biteloop – Best Delivery Service

At Biteloop, we are committed to ensuring our customers have a delightful experience with every order. While we strive for excellence, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to make things right. Please review our return policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of food delivery services, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Food and beverages that have been consumed or altered.
  • Orders where the delivery was successfully completed as per the order details.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept return or refund requests in the following situations:

  1. Incorrect Item Delivered

    • If the delivered item does not match the order (e.g., wrong dish or incorrect quantity).
  2. Food Quality Issues

    • If the food is spoiled, stale, undercooked, or unsafe to consume.
    • Clear evidence (photos or videos) must be provided within 2 hours of delivery.
  3. Missing Items

    • If any item(s) from your order are missing.
    • The issue must be reported immediately after delivery.

3. Conditions for Returns

To process any return or refund:

  • The item must not be consumed beyond 25%.
  • The request must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos) is required for verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refund to Original Payment: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Replacement Orders: If applicable, we will send a replacement for the item as soon as possible.
  • Credits/Discounts: For minor issues, we may offer a discount or credit for future orders.
